Caterpillar 420F and 320CL Loaded for Shipment via Flatbed Frame Transport

In a major logistics milestone for Shibang Taihang Machinery, two heavy-duty Caterpillar machines — a 420F backhoe loader and a 320CL excavator — were successfully loaded onto a specialized flatbed frame trailer for international shipment. The operation, conducted under clear skies at a regional logistics hub, marks another successful execution of oversized cargo handling by the company’s transport division.
The Caterpillar 420F, known for its versatility in construction and agriculture, was carefully positioned on the left side of the trailer, its large tires and articulated arm secured with heavy-duty straps. Adjacent to it, the 320CL excavator — a workhorse in earthmoving and infrastructure projects — was maneuvered into place using a red mobile crane. The excavator’s tracked undercarriage and hydraulic boom required precision positioning to ensure stability during transit.
A team of experienced riggers and transport engineers oversaw the loading process, ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations and safety standards. Its multi-axle configuration distributes the combined weight of the two machines — estimated at over 40 tons — evenly across the chassis, minimizing road impact and ensuring safe transit.
